No mysteries or secrets revealed
A misleading title for this book. A more suitable title would have been " The history of zen kobudo". This is a well written and thoroughly researched book but those searching for a technical manual ( as I was) will be disappointed. Those requiring an historical discourse, will find this a most enlightening work.
