Jay Adams has written this small book for the senior citizens in our midst as well as for those who may be counseling the elderly person. It is helpful, insightful and right to the point of those issues faced by our folks who are in their twilight years. I recommend it for all senior citizens and for those who counsel them.

I rate this book at a 10 has lots of good information to use when counseling old people. I would recommend this book to everyone.
