I was prompted to acquire and read this book after having read Mr. Gilder's most recent book, "The Israel Test".
"Wealth and Poverty" makes the convincing case for the Capitalist system. And in the process, the case for American Exceptionalism. Although written in the 80s, the message remains vibrant in the current Economic and Political climate
