Great meaty manga read about a town terrorized by one of the seemingly simplest things, a spiral. Satisfying, a little like random stuff was going on every chapter for a bit there, but it all sort of tied in at the end. Also, just wow, have you got to love Junji's art, really fantastic stuff with how unsettling and detailed it is. It's definitely worth a read.
