From the publisher: "Donna Trope was born in Los Angeles, but spent her formative years in London, where she began her career as a photographer. Self taught, she set up shop in Hoxton-in the late 80s-long before it was in fashion. An exhibition of portraits of British artists, led to her first commercial job; a year long campaign for cosmetic giant Max Factor. Since the Hoxton days, she's shot almost every major UK beauty ad campaign as well as shoots for clients such as The Sunday Times, Sephora, Guinness, Harpers Bazaar, Guerlain, Maybelline, 10 magazine, Vogue, Saks 5th Ave, Woman's Health, Dazed&Confused, Roger&Gallet, Aveda, Newsweek, Maxim, Christofle, ITV, Revlon and more. Donna has exhibited in Europe both in solo and group shows. Her prints are included in Museums such as Britain's V&A as well as in private collections worldwide. Her awards are numerous and include Jasmine and Clio. She's been included in curated books on both photography and fashion and her 2001 book Beauty Shots is a sought after cult classic. Donna spends her time between Los Angeles, New York and London. She loves working in Paris and is a self proclaimed Francophile." Signed by Author.
