The rendering of the songs is a mixture of very good to silly. At the bottom end, Bono recites (doesn't sing) the words to Halleluja - how could he miss the point of the song. At the top end, Tori Amos' Famous Blue Raincoat is excellent, as are interpretations by Trisha Yearwood, Aaron Neville, Suzanne Vega, J. Arden. Other are ok. Willie Nelson nails Like a Bird on a Wire perfectly.
