The Fieldbook is a really helpful book when researching and putting thought to paper. It is supposed to be used in conjunction with "The Fifth Discipline" book itself which is a very boring book. I have not come across anyone who felt that the book is a good book. Coupled with the Fieldbook however makes it bearable.
Again, the Fieldbook is a really helpful book.

Great Tool ! Even better service!
When my husband wanted the book and I found the accompanying study guide/workbook, I hoped he would like both together. He certainly did! He hasn't used the workbook yet, but he says he will.
