In this new stage of his life, he has been inspired to legally present his proposal to declare Solar Energy as a human right before international organizations, especially now when we have all witnessed regional initiatives that seek to regulate the solar roof sector trying to impose unnecessary taxes and regulations. Achieving together that solar energy is a collective right, will allow a greater boost to this sector of renewable energies and will be able to accelerate the response to climate change In a state of global consciousness, solar energy ceases to be seen as a service and is presented as a fundamental right of the people of the planet. This work, reflects on the original principles of life, with the sun as the protagonist, reminding us of the equality of all human beings and our vital link with the biodiversity of the planet and the cosmos.
