Beautiful, modern PCs and Macs, very often accompanied by hefty monthly invoices from their chosen software supplier. I'm sorry to say that I didn't see much evidence at all of email marketing, and what I did see was pretty uninspiring: usually poorly written, often bland and uninteresting and very rarely sent with any kind of expectation in mind at all. This book is for the salon owner that likes to feel they are getting value for money: it's high time that beautiful reception system earned its place on reception!
