I originally got this book at the library and five pages into the recipes decided I wanted to buy it. I ended up buying two copies; one for myself and one for my niece. We are both vegetarians who love cheese. The book is not vegetarian, but there are plenty of non-meat recipes, and a lot of the recipes calling for meat can be adjusted. A fun book that is practical and useful and makes a great gift for a cheese lover.
