After the death of his parents, Collin Fenwick (Edward Furlong) finds himself living in a small town with two of his aunts, Dolly (Piper Laurie) and Verena (Sissy Spacek). The Grass Harp was directed by Charles Matthau, the son of Walter Matthau. Mark Deming, Rovi

This movie has always touched my heart. I've watched it repeatedly since the first time I saw it. I consider it worthy of "classic" status in its portrayal of the human spirit. The entire cast is perfect. To my delight, I still laugh at various scenes every time I watch it.

Great actors and a good story set in the south in a bygone time with greaat characters. About a newly made orphan boy who goes to live with two spinster aunts. Touching as well as funny.
