I ordered this book after reading a library copy. I wanted to have my own copy on hand as a reference. I really like the way Dr Fuhrman explains how the different vegetables effect the body. It's so much more than a way to get your vitamins. The diet is not easy to follow, as it is so different from they way we are accustomed to eating, but it has me eating more vegetables and enjoying them, and less of other things.
