stop the myth
Thank you allen for the awakening! Live life and learn some lessons are easy and quickly learned, others need to be repeatedly analyzed to be understood. Why didn't I find this book when I attempted to quit for the very first time? I borrowed this book from the lib, blew it off for 1 week as it sat on my couch. finally as a lark just started to read have bought 2 more copies and given them to smokers i know and care about. Currently 2 months without craving or any desire for those cigs, not grouchy, many people have noted difference. feel better, have saved a lot. Read with an open mind and look for the things you already know. Mark Twain said it best "Quitting smoking is easy I've done it dozens of times". But then he didn't have this book. Never mind you will probably find a used copy for less than 5$ w s/h included. Even if you spend 15$ for a brand new version it is only the cost of 3 packs of smokes take a gamble , read the book, buy at least 1 pack of smokes to smoke while you are reading the book. You will understand if you open the book. you will succeed.

Excellent motivating book
This book will help you to quit smoking. I didn't believe it was true but it works.

I did. I recommended this book to my mom and friends and they quit smoking like me, it is so easy! If you want to quit go for it!
