A MUST HAVE FOR ANY MARINE
Although little known "The D.I." is legendary in the annals of the U.S. Marine Corps. Most Marine recruits in the late 1950's and early 1960's sat through a mandatory showing of this movie while attending boot camp.
Jack Webb played the iconic Drill Instructor and should have won an Acadamy Award for the excellent and very accurate role.
Although filimed in "Black and White" this movie ranks on top of the military theme films made so popular in the 1980's.
It's difficult to obtain, but a "must have" for any collector of military films.
