What a shame that Erle Stanley Gardner is mostly out-of-print. In crosswords, he is always the answer to "Who's the king of mystery." After I read one book, I understood completely.
Very creative plots and completely unpredictible twists, turns, and outcomes. Not challenging reading by a long shot, this series makes for valid and worthwhile relaxing reading.
