Acceptance of Self and Others

A helpful and humorous discussion of the typical differences of personalities of people of different poositions of birth order.
Backed by a lot of research and over 25 years of professional experience in counseling, confernces, writing, and consulting.
Great for parents as children come and grow up. Good for grandparents to understand and appreciate their adult children and to be part of the solution and not the problem with grandchildren growing up.
Lemen's experience consulting with different employment situations can inform employers and employees how to adapt to circumstances that often may arise more from birth order factors than from any problematic personality dysfunctions.
