I've seen this happen all the time. The party is too large for a child so young which leads to a very crabby and fraustrated kid. Sister Bear as any modern girl wants it all. The trouble is a child cannot handle all this excitment. Sister Bear thinks she wants pony rides and a clown...everything she can think of, but then discovers she isn't having fun. Moderation is a great lesson for kids.
