Just an OK book
I wanted to add a MAYBE to the yes/no "recommendation to a friend" above.
I wasn't enamored with the book at all. I didn't find it funny, instead I found it preachy and uncomfortable. I guess I have a different idea of funny... I think of it more as a joyous thing, not enjoying another's cold wet misery. I guess I was just not the target audience.
It is odd that I didn't like it, because I am rather a natural believer in such things. My husband read it and didn't see what I was complaining about <shrug> so my review may not reflect most peoples reaction to the book.
