I teach Spanish to a a group of retired folks and am always looking for resources other than their text book. This parallel text was quite helpful. Students could try to comprehend the Spanish text on their own while having the English translation right next to it. I found they relly liked the exercise. Though I must admit, a frequent question was "How did they get THAT from THIS?" It proved my point about reading for context rather than vocbulary.
