Very Good. Quarto wrappers. xvi, 690pp. Spine faded with crease, corners flared, owner's name penned on title, else very good. Laid in are three typed papers from the United States Senate. One is a media advisory for November 18, 1987 by Lance Morgan, Bob Havel, and Sam Hirsch. Another is a statement by Senator Daniel K. Inouye on the investigation into the Iran/Contra Affair: " The Committees conclude that the officials who participated in this scandal showed disdain for our laws and our Constitutional system of government." The last is a statement by the Honorable Lee H. Hamilton: "Still, the record is incomplete, for reasons Chairman Inouye cited: destroyed evidence, contradictory testimony, failed memories, and the death of William Casey."
