This is a must-have book for anyone interested in quantum electrodynamics despite hundreds of other (more complete and up to date) books on the subject being available, because to *really* understand the subject, one must read about it from the very author of it (who received the Nobel Prize for QED in 1965) ! Nobody could explain it better, period.
