Very Good. No Jacket. 12mo-over 6¾"-7¾" tall. Signed by Author First printing. Inscribed by the author (presumably) to her uncle, dated October 1916, and signed "Caroline" on the front free endpaper. Light shelfwear, though worn through at the corners of the boards. Small worn-through spot on the fore edge of the back board. Mild staining to the boards. Short tear in the rear hinge. Otherwise an unmarked copy in a tight binding.
