If you are an artist there is something for everybody in this well produced solid book though the images are sharp they have a slightly ?dark? look about them, though this could be so in the originals but doubt it as some of them ?external? scenes are in sunlight. I?m fascinated by shadows so a bit biased but if you are looking for examples of ways to add life to your work (painting or drawing) and depth look at this book for inspiration. All examples are half A4 colour with the minimum of concise text to support the work?.letting the pictures tell the story. Recommend as a reference, ?not a how to do? book.
