Just what I needed
This book is exactly what I needed and I couldn't make it without it. Unfortunately I didn't get it for a few weeks and I was really hurting... now that I have it, I'm right on track. There is a lot of very valuable information in this book and I would recommend it to everyone who has to prepare a care plan.
