I had the cassette version of this album for years before deciding to replace it with the CD version. I've been a Carpenters fan since 1977 and their music is timeless and
classic-I consider Karen Carpenter one of the greatest female singers of all time. She is right up there with Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick, Barbra Streisand, Ella Fitzgerald, Natalie Cole, Sarah Vaughan to name a few. (They are all my favorites)!
Her brother Richard is a phenomenal arranger, composer, pianist as producer (and co-producer with Karen) of their albums.
I'm glad I got this CD!
