This book is a typical Phoebe Atwood Taylor screwball comedy mystery with chasing around everywhere, diguises, and a least suspected murderer. Lots of fun. I enjoy the mystery writers who were well known in their day, but are no longer read. Tayor is one of the best. Her books have a wonderful way of making the past come to life in a way that modern historicals fail to do. I recomend that you give this mystery a shot.
