As negativity fills your mind, you can become stressed, and depressed; which eventually can lead to ill health. If you could step back for just a moment, you would quickly realise, by placing your attention on your problems, you have stopped God's healing energy from flowing into your life. The solution is simple; learn to make space by emptying out all the negative feelings. It is only when you do this, can your life be filled with the ideas, the creativity, and the health to take you to a new level.
