Better than that, de la Salle gets beneath the notes to the music, not only plumbing the spiritual depths of Bach's Nun komm, der Heiden Heiland, but reveling in the sensual delights of Liszt's Sonetto 104 del Petrarca. While one can imagine she will only improve as she matures, de la Salle is already a consummate artist and this recital will be enjoyed by anyone who loves great pianism.
