I read this second of Robert Monroe's books first. I highly recommend it. Next I'll go back and read his first book, then on to his third. The information he presents is fascinating and important. WOW! If you're interested in OOBE's, this is a 'must read.'

Much needed journey
This book is an exciting journey into the out of body experience. Many people have experienced the liberating feeling of out of body flight. The author explores the phenomonon. Highly recommend it.
