This was the first title a church group of six older women read and then met for discussion. We all loved several chapters that gave us new insights, especially the chapter on friends. Since every individual is different, there were at least a couple chapters each of us mentioned as not particularly relevant. Overall, though, it's a good read, well written, and well worth taking time to ponder many of the author's topics. (Being "older" but not "old," I would be more specific, but I don't remember where I put the book!)
