Seller's Description:
May have some shelf-wear due to normal use. Your purchase funds free job training and education in the greater Seattle area. Thank you for supporting Goodwill's nonprofit mission!
Since its first edition, I have purchased this book and given it to clients suffering from loss, whether the loss of a loved one through death or the loss due to divorce or a broken relationship. I always provide iti as the first aid book for all manner of losses. It is not a book to "read", it is a book to use. Certain pages do not apply and so can be skipped, others are most helpful and offer immediate first aid. Each page is to the point, and each is accompanied by a poetic comment. It is the ultimate in self-care on what to do when there is nothing that can be done.

This book is wonderful. It is easy to get through and simple, common sense but you do not think that way in grief.
Applies in many ways and I will keep this book in my personal library for many years to come.
