Lots of info
I had to rate this book with 5 stars even though it went way beyond what I was interested in or wanted to know. It is not excellent because I enjoyed it so much, as it has a LOT of information. It is designed not as a primer, but a college text for the person wanting to be a healer. It is useful for the beginner as it contains a good bit of history and explanation. After reading other books on the subject, I began to appreciate it more and it did give me a good foundation for more reading.

Barbara rocks!
This is a very comprehensive guide to healing through the HEF (human energy field). Easy to use. Illustrations and charts are very helpful. Barbara uses psychology in the understanding of imbalances. She gives tips and exercises to help the healee view auras and chakras and gives step by step guides of how to balance chakras. She is a brilliant healer. She has a school in Florida you may look into if you enjoy this read and I'm sure you will if you are into healing.

I loved this book. It had everything in it I would want to know about as far as the Human Energy Field is concerned. Well worth the money and if you are into this stuff, this is the book for you.
