How can we not forgive

I read this book initially as a class requirement; however, I will be reading and rereading it for years to come. L William Countryman does not propose that forgiving another is an easy process but for our well being it is necessary. He deals with subjects such as "Why forgive, forgiving and forgetting, and forgiveness vs. reconciliation. If you only want to read one book on forgvness this is the one I would recommend.
