I found a recomendation for this book on the web page for vocations in the diocese of Buffalo. I had been considering priesthood myself before it became evident that i am not eligible. As for calling the lives of the 34 priests whose stories are in the book "extraordinary", well, i don't know if i totally agree with that. I found it most interesting to read some priests thoughts on the idea of priests getting married and some of their reactions to the charismatic movement, which i grew up in and have grown to dislike. to my surprise some of the preists were for it.
