Having previous knowledge and experience of energy psychology I found the proceedures followed on well from this so I felt on familiar ground.The book is packed full of methods for dealing with many of womens particularly trying health issues. I only wish I had access to this information when I experienced very painful periods as a teenager and more latterly for hot flushes etc. I think it would have been useful to have read the general book on energy medicine first (particularly if you are unfamiliar with energy therapy) as multiple health issues can make following the various tapping proceedures confusing. It is easy to get sidetracked onto other issues by the interesting examples given.
On the down side there are some unnecessary repetitions of examples and other instances when more information (detail) would be useful. Overall for ladies looking for answers of drug free non-invasive solutions to the age old problems it is well worth a read and trialling to see if it provides the answers you are looking for.
