very helpfull

This book was very helpfull. In order to recognise symptoms of ADD makes life a bit easier for yourself and other.s Learning to deal/live with ADD doesn't have to be hard, misserable at times or else as long as we acknowledge it!

Most excellent book

My son and I have ADD and this book has been a lifesafer. It has given us direction in terms of where to look for treatment, what we can do on our own and the like. I would recommend this book to anyone with ADD or who knows someone who has it.
