One of the leading bands of the Massachusetts punk scene, Bane was founded in 1995 by guitarist Aaron Dalbec and singer Aaron Bedard, two veterans of the local hardcore/straight edge scene who were looking to make a new and uncompromising musical statement. Bane's initial demo made it clear they were something outside the ordinary, and three powerful studio albums confirmed their status as one of New England's best and strongest acts. Songs include "Non-Negotiable," "Hard to Find," "What Awaits Us Now," "Lost at Sea," "Final Backwards Glance," and five others. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi
