I really enjoyed this book. It explains DSLR and photography in a way that any one can understand it. Other books tend to go "over your head" and most of the time you don't understand a word they are saying. Terms and technical aspects is explained in ordinary language. As far as possible, examples are given and pictures is used to explain terms/technical aspects better. This is definitely a book for any beginner photographer.

The book arrived in excellent shape, looks like brand new. The book contains a lot of information about Digital Photography. Start from the scratch to the professional level answers are both provided.

Too complex for me
Book was not what I expected. I believe that I simply ordered the wrong title. Since it was too complex for my knowledge, I gave it to my son & grandson as they have more experience in digital photography. For me, I need to find a beginner's basic learning book about digital photography as well as finding a book showing in very simple terms how to edit the photos once I have downloaded them to my computer. A friend has recommended Picasa software, but I haven't had much time to work with it yet.
