Today Connecticut is in the inenviable position of having one of the five worst fiscal conditions of the fifty states and the highest compensated state public sector in the union. This is compounded by a statist Connecticut Supreme Court that holds the State above the citizen and has shown to be ignorant of the most basic due-process requirements. Only if Connecticut regains its constitutional balance by the citizen being sovereign and the State being instituted for the benefit of the citizen can Connecticut reclaim its future as an independent state and the Constitution State!
