In Comanche Territory, Jim Bowie (played by Macdonald Carey) seeks to negotiate and honor a treaty signed between the United States government and the Comanche Indians; this treaty will allow settlers to mine silver. He runs into some problems when he meets a fiery saloon keeper by the name of Katie Howard (played by Maureen O'Hara). Eventually, things work out but not without some conflict and controversy. With its majestic scenery, bright colors, great soundtrack, heroes, villains, romance, and humor, Comanche Territory has all the elements of a great classic Western. Highly recommended.
