Paul Johnson's small but adequate biography of PM Churchill is most satisfying.
Johnson brings new material to offer the reader a more complete portrait of this Great Man, a lion in the 20th century.
Of course, Churchill had his share of mistakes that tarnishes his career. Johnson's candor is refreshing as the real WC is presented with eloquence and in brief.
