I purchased this for a very bright 9 year old with very good reading skills and comprehension. The book is not easily found in stores these days and I think he will grow into the reading and he loves the drawings now.
The bookseller did a poor job of mailing it - no cardboard to keep the new book stiff and so it looked very used.
