This workout had me sweating from places I didn't even know had sweat glands. That said, Hemalayaa is a friendly, down to earth instructor and she encourages silliness when following her extremely exuberant workout. This DVD is probably the closest I've ever experienced to the feeling of just dancing crazily around the house to my own music. That said, she pays decent attention to safety, always stressing that one should only do what your body says is doable. The production values are very high, so it hardly feels like you're looking at a fitness video. I think I'll add this to my regular rotation for days that I need to kick my butt into high gear.
