I saw Sapolsky in a show on stress and health that showcased his 30 year study on a particular baboon tribe in Africa, then heard him again on Sam Harris podcast. I am not a neuroscientist but I have an interest in it. "Behave" has a little learning curve in the first couple of chapters, definitely read the Appendices first! Will make it easier to understand. I highly recommend it if you want a neuroscientific view on behavior, decision-making, and emotion.
