Seller's Description:
Good. 11 1/2 x 16. 96 page center stapled elephant folio softcover-a special bicentennial celebration publication. Newsprint pages with illustrations. The editor was Edward Fales and the contributors were the historians of the 17 Iron Country towns (Amenia, Ancram, Canaan, Copake, Cornwall, Dover, Egremont, Falls Village, Hillsdale, Kent, Mount Washington, Norfolk, North East, Pine Plains, Salisbury, Sharon, Sheffield). The outer wrap (paper stock only a slight degree about newsprint) is light frayed at the edges and weak at the staples. The interior is in very good condition-the historians articles with illustrations, plus local business advertisments. The original edition of an unusual local history item.
