This book covers from the biochemical details of aquatic photosynthesis to the implications of aquatic photosynthetic organisms in global scale. Detailed information is given on every aspect of aquatic photosynthesis. The authors sometimes show the history of the discoveries behind the knowledge, and this is very inspiring for young students on the subject. The possibly only aspect that needs consideration is that the book level is high: a good basis on science in general, and celular biology in particular, seems to be assumed.
