After releasing I'll Be Seeing You in October of 2004, Straightway essentially reissued it (not even modifying the artwork, save for the title) with a second disc of Anne Murray's greatest hits. Die-hard fans should not be fooled by this attempt to purchase the same album twice, especially if they already own most of the well-known songs courtesy of another greatest-hits compilation. This slight misnomer aside, the first disc finds Murray in excellent form; a smooth collection of standards complete with well-arranged orchestrations that complement her already nearly pitch-perfect voice. The second disc includes some of Murray's finest moments including "Snowbird," "Danny's Song" and "You Needed Me." It's a sensible purchase for those newly initiated to Murray's sound, as they get essentially a two-for-one deal spanning her entire stellar career. ~ Rob Theakston, Rovi
