New endpapers. It lacks 2 fold out maps and 8 plates. The remaining plates and all pages aside from endpapers present. An occasional finger or other mark to text but foxing is almost only to page edges. Three pages have tiny copperplate hand to margins. One plate has stain, probably printing error.
