This television film is the only one to actually use the book. The story follows the authors plotlines extremely well. I would highly recommend this in place of the Shirely Temple version or the travesty that came out a few years ago.
It is well acted, designed and directed. If you enjoy Frances H. Burnetts books you will enjoy this film.
